What activities do you typically do on Christmas Day? Maybe you open presents with family and friends, sit around a fire or enjoy a feast. But what about going sea kayaking?

Well, that’s exactly what some students on our Antarctica program did on Christmas Day! Laurel Speed, a SUNY Orange student, created this video about the group’s kayaking adventure. With whales, sea lions and penguins interacting up-close with the kayakers, they’ll certainly remember Christmas 2012 as a unique one.
