The intern will assist in researching and formulating an in-depth market report of the mid-Atlantic region (i.e., D.C., Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, West Virginia and Kentucky). In addition, the successful candidate may also assist with event management, business development, online social media, marketing, and database/administrative tasks.
The successful candidate will ideally:
• have completed at least three years of college (with a GPA of 3.2) with a concentration on International Relations, Economics or Business
• possess strong written and verbal communication skills
• be proficient with Microsoft Office
• possess strong Internet research skills
• have the ability to work independently and in a team
• have the ability to show initiative and perseverance
• have a personal interest in the fields of international business and marketing
• have previous work or study experience in Australia
