So, you’ve just graduated. And you don’t have a job yet. You sure do remember fondly your study abroad in Australia (with those gorgeous sunsets at Lady Elliot Island pictured right) and have a keen interest to work in international education or policy. Does that sound like you?
Well, then beef up your resume and cover letter to apply for the Embassy of Australia’s fall internships in Washington, DC. Application instructions are available online and due this Friday, July 2.
Australian Education International’s education policy internship will focus on researching, monitoring and reporting on U.S. and Canadian education policy.
The Study in Australia Education Team’s education marketing internship will assist with event management, student enquiries, Web site development, online social media, marketing and database tasks.
Previous work of study in Australia is a plus for applicants. Don’t worry, college juniors or seniors, you can still apply for these positions, as they aren’t exclusive to graduates.
Post a comment if you intend to apply for the internship, and we might be able to put in a good word with our contacts at the Embassy.
