You undoubtedly snapped thousands of photographs on your study abroad program. Now you just need to pick your best photo to submit and upload it to the AUIP Facebook fan page for the 2011 contest.
Sponsored by Hexagon International, South Sea Cruises, Lychee Tree Holiday Apartments, Lonely Planet and EvoShield, the photo contest launches August 1, 2011 at all partner institutions throughout the United States.
The 2011 AUIP Photo Contest is open to all AUIP alumni who have studied abroad on an AUIP program. Alumni who entered in 2010 are eligible to enter again this year with a different photo than the one submitted in September 2010.
Photo submissions must be the entrant’s original work and must have been taken abroad during an AUIP program. All photos must be submitted by 9:00 a.m., EST on Monday, August 29, 2011.
Be sure to read all the contest rules in the Notes section of our Facebook fan page or in our website News section. Any entrants who do not adhere to the rules are subject to disqualification.
AUIP will award First, Second and Third place winning photographers with the following prizes:
First Place: Marmot waterproof jacket (valued at $250) donated by Hexagon International in Fiji & Flip Video UltraHD (valued at $100) donated by South Sea Cruises in Fiji
Second Place: UGG Australia $180 gift certificate for luxury sheepskin classic tall boots
Third Place: Shutterly $100 gift certificate donated by Lychee Tree Holiday Apartments in Australia
