Tiffany in Votua Village, Fiji

Who can say they lived in a Fijian village or snorkeled the Great Barrier Reef? Not to mention went ziplining in the oldest rainforest on Earth and camped in the Outback as well. These experiences had such an invigorating effect on me!

My study abroad experience this past summer traveling to Fiji and Australia was extremely enlightening. I never thought I would wake up to a bird that sounds so much like a monkey that I thought I was still dreaming. But besides the interesting Australian animals, the hands-on experience and the coursework on sustainability and the environment was just as stimulating.

My name is Tiffany Kascak, and I am the Lions Abroad Marketing Intern for AUIPat Penn State this school year. As a senior, I plan to make the most of this year. As a Marketing major with a minor in Recreation, Parks, and Tourism Management, this internship is perfect for me! I am thrilled to be able to market the experiences I’ve had this past summer! Who wouldn’t?
