Following her time on the 2012 North Queensland Sustainability program, one of our student bloggers Hannah Cohan from Buckeyes Abroad spent a week traveling from Cairns to Sydney by bus.

En route, she stopped by the Gold Coast in Queensland for some surfing before eventually ending up in Sydney. Here are some memorable photos Hannah took during her Sydney touring and shared with us.

Many of AUIP’s Australia and New Zealand students do take time before or after the program to visit Sydney, Melbourne, Auckland or other well-known destinations. The optional group flights available through StudentUniverse.com enable students the flexibility to tailor their flight and still receive discounted airfare, so it’s an economical and convenient way to see more of the South Pacific.
