This is a great honor as GoAbroad.com has been a leading force in international education and an invaluable experiential travel resource since 1998. The GoAbroad website contains tens of thousands of opportunities for eager world travellers including study abroad, internships and volunteer opportunities and it receives an average of 1.5+ million visitors each month.
GoAbroad chose the AUIP blog as it loves the way it provides regular and engaging blogs, combined with Twitter and Facebook feeds, for global citizens ranging from program field notes, sustainability tips to alumni interviews and resources. GoAbroad states “all together, the AUIP Study Abroad Blog is successful in creating a thirst for travel and international experiences, particularly for those who may consider study abroad beyond their reach.”
The AUIP blog is posted three times a week by a variety of bloggers including program participants, alumni, AUIP marketing interns and staff. It’s a great way for students to learn about study abroad from a variety of perspectives and for AUIP study abroad alumni to stay in touch once they return home.
