Using its Street View technology, Google has now made world heritage sites available to people around the world. The technology traditionally enabled users to explore and navigate neighborhoods through panoramic street-level images, however technological advancements have enabled Google to get out of the suburbs.
In addition to the images, Google has also posted 3D models, YouTube videos and photography of the famous heritage sites on their “World Wonders” website.
