Have you always wanted to win a People’s Choice Award? Well, while you won’t have the chance to walk the red carpet, you can win a gift pack full of goodies!

This year, our AUIP Photo Contest has a new category: The People’s Choice Award.

We know that our panel of judges will select some stellar photographs for First, Second and Third place winners, but we want you to have a vote as well!

Just go to our AUIP Facebook page and ‘Like’ your favorite photograph to vote for it to win the People’s Choice Award. If you’ve entered a photo in the contest, then make sure you get all your friends and family to ‘Like’ your photo.

You can ‘Like’ as many photos as you want, but obviously supporting just one photo will give that photo a higher likelihood of winning the People’s Choice Award.

The People’s Choice Award is sponsored by our friends at the Northern Greenhouse Cairns. Check out the photo at left for the gift pack goodies going to the winner: a boomerang, T-shirt, eco-friendly water bottle, luggage tag, key ring, snow globe and USB pen drive.

We will count the total number of ‘Like’s for each photo entered on Wednesday, August 31 at midnight EST and announce the People’s Choice Award winner on Monday, September 5 along with the other winners.
