We’ve long been pleased with the experience and environmental awareness Rivers Fiji provides to our groups and are glad to see others recognize the company’s work.

Our Fiji program spends a day kayaking on the Luva River learning about remote village lifestyles, river ecological characteristics and ecotourism, amongst other topics.

In October, Rivers Fiji took a different type of group out for a similar day. Children of landowners from the Upper Navua River region rafted down the river to raise their environmental awareness. Rivers Fiji hopes trips like these will help the children learn to appreciate nature and the surroundings of their villages, such as the one pictured left.
