And yes, that includes all the hundreds of students each year on our <a href=\"http:\/\/www.auip.com\/programs\">programs<\/a> that eat peanut butter and Nutella sandwiches like there\u2019s no tomorrow.<\/p>\n<p>If you\u2019re on a budget or just prefer making things from scratch, then check out this Nutella recipe that <a href=\"http:\/\/www.auip.com\/sara\">Sara<\/a> from our team found online.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/abeautifulmess.typepad.com\/my_weblog\/2012\/03\/make-your-own-peanut-butter.html\">A Beautiful Mess Blog entry<\/a> credits the recipe to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lookbookcookbook.com\/2011\/04\/chocolate-hazelnut-spread.html\">LookBook CookBook<\/a> and details the steps as follows:<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_2240\" style=\"width: 310px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><a href=\"http:\/\/auip.files.wordpress.com\/2012\/04\/chocolate-hazelnut-spread.jpg\" data-rel=\"lightbox-image-0\" data-rl_title=\"\" data-rl_caption=\"\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-2240\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-2240\" title=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/auip.files.wordpress.com\/2012\/04\/chocolate-hazelnut-spread.jpg?w=300\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"300\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-2240\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Photo of chocolate hazelnut spread from A Beautiful Mess blog<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Needed: 1 1\/2 cups raw hazelnuts, 1\/2 cup sugar, 5 to 6 tablespoons cocoa, 1\/4 cup pure maple syrup, 1\/4 cup oil (vegetable is suggested) and 2 tablespoons coconut milk.<\/p>\n<p>In a food processor, blend up the hazel nuts until they begin to get creamy (5 to 7 minutes), then add the other ingredients and blend for another minute or two until well combined. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a month.<\/p>\n<p>Blend up that batch of goodness and be whisked back to your hikes on the South Island of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.auip.com\/newzealand\">New Zealand<\/a> or in Carnarvon Gorge in <a href=\"http:\/\/www.auip.com\/southqueensland\">South Queensland<\/a> when you munched on a Nutella sandwich!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Calling all Nutella lovers out there!
