I was in the car with Hanz, a German native that had been working a hobby farm in Australia for the past 20 years, two faculty leaders and <a href=\"http:\/\/itunes.apple.com\/au\/artist\/celine-dion\/id63729\">Celine Dion<\/a> playing on a cassette player.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/auip.files.wordpress.com\/2012\/03\/atherton-tablelands-2.jpg\" data-rel=\"lightbox-image-1\" data-rl_title=\"\" data-rl_caption=\"\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft  wp-image-2194\" title=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/auip.files.wordpress.com\/2012\/03\/atherton-tablelands-2.jpg?w=225\" alt=\"\" width=\"191\" height=\"268\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The sun was casting an ethereal glow on the hillside and the grasses were gracefully swaying in the breeze; naturally we had to pull over to capture the moment.\u00a0 While we sat there snapping photos, I became amazed at how this beautiful agricultural vista reminded me so much of my home in Blacksburg, Virginia.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Everything including the rolling green hills, the grazing cows,<a href=\"http:\/\/auip.files.wordpress.com\/2012\/03\/atherton-tablelands-3.jpg\" data-rel=\"lightbox-image-2\" data-rl_title=\"\" data-rl_caption=\"\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright  wp-image-2195\" title=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/auip.files.wordpress.com\/2012\/03\/atherton-tablelands-3.jpg?w=300\" alt=\"\" width=\"271\" height=\"206\" \/><\/a> the cool breeze and the radiant sunset felt like Blacksburg.
