Victor, who is orginally from North Carolina, USA, is a marine biologist by training. However, Victor is now an integral part of Votua Village, where he has established and found grant money for numerous community-based projects. Victor has been instrumental in ensuring the success of the Locally-Managed Marine Area (LMMA) at Votua Village. Victor has also helped AUIP organize and run many successful village homestays in Fiji.
